My perspective is shaped by my experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at global firms like AMD, CGI, and PwC.
Inside these organizations, I had a unique vantage point. I saw exactly how leaders communicate to drive results, secure promotions, and build influential careers.
I also saw how easily brilliant technical experts were overlooked because their communication style failed to make an impact.
I realized that effective communication was the most critical, yet least-coached, skill in the corporate world.
The best ideas were being lost in translation between data experts and decision-makers.
I launched Top Leader Lab to bridge that gap.
My mission is to ensure that your expertise is matched by your ability to communicate it.

My first-ever flight was an international trip to Taiwan, which I took alone at the age of 19.
