Your audience has a choice.
Don't be the reason they choose their phone over you.
Here's the UNFORTUNATE thing about corporate teams:
Most people in the meeting are thinking:
"Argh, great. Sam has hijacked the meeting; we'll never cover the agenda."
"Maybe I can send that email the vendor was asking during this boring presentation."
As a Team Leader, this is what your time looks like:
Attending boring meetings and multi-tasking (sending emails, writing performance reports, filling out candidate ratings for new hires).
Working after 9 p.m. when the kids are asleep just to catch up on emails.
Boring presentations are costing teams 23 hours per week.
That's a significant amount of time that could have been used more productively.
Let's change that.
After attending the workshop, your team will start noticing:
"Sam covered only the most important content."
"Rebecca conducted an engaging presentation."
As a Team Leader, you will notice:
How much your team enjoys giving presentations.
How aligned your team is, resulting in less miscommunication.
More time spent on ACTUAL work than refining presentation of team members.
Here's how the workshop is structured to move you from your current reality to your future state. ↓
Hi my name is Clerisa (cleh-ree-sah). I've been working as a communication coach for the past year supporting leaders and teams.
Most of my clients are often from Technology, Marketing and Human Resources background.
One of my proudest work accomplishments include helping a 1:1 client bring more storytelling to business presentations.
Not only she felt more energized to give more presentations (she used to be anxious) but her boss decided to give her more opportunities to present.
She looks forward to do presentations.
In my spare time I love:
→ exploring new board games (my newest find is Little Wordy)
→ exploring new cuisines to make at home (recently made Ramen Bowl) and
→ hiking as much as I can during summers (pictured is Hardy Lake Provincial Park in Ontario)
Investing in your team has long-term effects you save precious productive time and you're appreciated as a leader who takes your team's growth seriously.
